How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and life of your raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased at a discount or during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Can I have my jeans hemmed?
We offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price jeans purchased through our online store. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes; however, please be aware that hemmed items are final sale.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with specific measurements. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own that fits well and comparing those dimensions to our chart.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
